It is always a pleasure to work with a consultant who is pro-active and sufficiently motivated to progress their work without being asked to do so. Recently, I worked with Sven De Jonghe on the design of the new GP Super Clinic in Karratha for the Pilbara Health Network. At each stage of design process, Sven was ready with design solutions and documentation. 

He was alert to the particular considerations of a building in the Pilbara and worked with us to minimise the likelihood of condensation and mould, as well as providing options for cost efficient on-going operation and maintenance of the system. Sven also followed up other consultants to ensure that all the requirements of the building's mechanical system was integrated with other services. I generally felt that he was one step ahead of us and anticipated our requirements which certainly lightened our workload.’
