Sven De Jonghe

B.E. (Hons 1) UWA, MIEAust, CPEng, GSAP

Sven is a mechanical engineer with a particular interest in sustainable building design. He worked with Bassett/AECOM for over 12 years, then Geoff Hesford Engineering for 18 months before starting Link Engineering Consultants with Chris in August 2014. 

He became the first green star accredited professional in March 2004, and worked on the first four green star certified projects in WA, including the 6 Star Durack 2 project for Stockland. He also won the Property Council of Australia’s national Future Leader Award in 2008, and spent almost 4 years leading the Building Engineering group for AECOM in WA.

Chris Bright 

B.Sc (Mechanical Engineering), Hons 1 – University of Cape Town, MIEAust

Chris has gained experience in large-scale mixed use developments in London together with data centres for multi-national banks. Whilst he has a mechanical engineering background Chris’ time in London saw him leading multidisciplinary projects. Chris also has vast experience in District / Central Energy solutions including trigeneration and alternate energy solutions. 

After over 6 years in London Chris immigrated to Perth where the past 8 years were spent working as Project Manager, Project Director and Technical Verifier on some of WA’s largest and complex construction projects. With demonstrated focus on technical excellence, timely delivery and clients’ needs Chris brings a dedication and personal touch to the project.
